We're proud to announce that the v2 Platform that has been invite-only for several months is now available to all users. This latest release introduces a host of innovative features that we think you'll love. There are too many to list completely so we'll be holding a few webinars in the coming weeks. As of 5/1/2018 all new accounts have been created on v2. We have now opened up scheduling for migration of v1 accounts to v2. When you're ready to migrate send an email to support@oitvoip.com with the date and time you'd like to migrate your service. Please provide at least 24 hours of notice.

New Web Address

All v2 users will log into https://manage.oitvoip.com

Enhanced Login Screen

We improved user security by separating your voicemail PIN from your account logon. Each user will create a secure password for logon to the web portal, SNAPmobile, SNAPweb and our other applications. If you forget your Login Name or Password you can reset them yourself. Emails will go to the address associated with your user account.

New User Management Features

User accounts can now be reset right from within the portal. Welcome emails can also be set out or even force a user to reset their password.

New Call Center Features

Call Center feature management can now be done from within the Users tab.


Single Pane View of Phone Status


The Phone Hardware tab has been enhanced to show the presence of each phone at a glance. Mousing over each checkmark or X will show you last registered time of the extension

Multi-Tenant Access for Channel Partners

Channel Partners now enjoy the same multi-tenant access as White Label Partners. You will be able to administer and support all of your clients right from a single portal, using your own logins.

Portal Chat

In addition to the presence you've always enjoyed in the web portal, we have added a chat feature. Any users logged into the portal will show a blue circle indicating that they are available for chat. Future versions will enable chat within the SNAPmobile app as well.*-

SMS Chat*

SMS messaging can be sent and received right from inside the portal. Additional charges apply

Improved Users Screen

The new Users screen now shows the permissions of each user as well as the status of their account setup.

Attendant Console Now Included On All Accounts

WebRTC Softphone

We're including a WebRTC-based softphone right from within the portal. Make and receive calls, send messages and even update your answering rules without leaving the browser

New Mobile Apps

We're introducing SNAPmobile for IOS and Android. Supporting Push and native NS features this will be the recommended mobile UC client moving forward. Full details here: SNAPmobile - Preferred

SNAPbuilder

Possibly the best feature of all is the new SNAPbuilder visual configuration application. Currently, Polycom and Yealink users can now configure their own phone buttons using our web portal. This requires Office Manager permission.
