Rectify an Invoice

  • Navigate to the Subscriber Profile
  • Scroll down to the Invoice Details section in order to locate the invoice that needs to be rectified.
  • Click on the  icon to the right of the invoice to view the list of operations that can be performed on the invoice.
  • Click on the Rectify option from the list.
  • Select the suitable options is you wish to retain the invoice number, the invoice due dates or the invoice date.
  • Click OK
  • The invoice gets discarded and the same is sent back to the pending state under the Transactions tab. A success message will appear on the top of the screen notifying the success of the rectify operation. 
  • Click on the Transactions tab to the right to view the newly created transaction line item.
