Business Profile

  • Navigate to Config > Settings in your OneBill platform.
  • Make sure you are under the Business Profile section.
  • Edit/ Update any of the following information:
    • Business Name: Name of your business. This is a required field. It is used in documents like quotes or on the notifications sent from the system.
    • Business Address: This is the address where your business is located.
    • City: This is the name of the city where your business is located.
    • Province/State: This is the name of the state or province where your business city is located.
    • Country: This is the name of the country where your business is located.
    • ZipCode: This is the system of postal codes used by the city of business.
    • Branded URL: This Custom URL field must be provided with the custom URL created to access the OneBill platform. This URL will be used by the application in the notifications which are sent out. This URL will not work as expected until it is configured accordingly.
    • Logo: This is the logo shown in the header section of the application (top left corner). This is ideally your company/business logo. Select Choose File to upload the image for your logo. The header of your application will reflect the logo as you Save the changes. This logo would also be used as the default logo for quote document, payment receipts etc.
    • Theme Color: The theme color would be the color that is shown on the top palette, buttons and to highlight the selected section. Please note that the value entered here would have to be a 6 digit hex code for the color required.
    • Menu Category Color: This field would choose the color for the menu items which are not selected
    • Menu Category Font Color: This field would determine the color of the font for the text displayed in the menu heading. This color does control the sub-items inside a menu.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click Update

Currency & Language, Prefixes, Date Formats, and Product Identifiers

  • Scroll to the Currency & Language Section of the Business Profile
  • Edit/ Update any of the following information:
    • Currency: Primary currency to be used for your business. Select from the drop-down list. This would be selected as the default currency when you add a new product/price plan or when you create a new subscriber.
    • Language: The language used in the application. Currently, only US English is supported for the Application UI.
    • Primary Language: Choose the primary language from the drop-down list of languages available in the system.
  • Continue to the Prefix Settings section
  • Edit/ Update any of the following information:
    • Account Number Prefix: The value defined in this parameter would be used as the prefix for new subscriber accounts created in the system.
    • Order Number Prefix: The value defined in this parameter would be used as the prefix for new orders created in the system.
    • Invoice Number Prefix: The value defined in this parameter would be used as the prefix for invoices created in the system. You can add special characters here if you would like.
  • Continue to the Date Format Settings and select the date format you would like to be displayed in the application and generated in alerts, reports, and invoices.
  • Continue to the Subscription Identifier Format Settings section.
  • Edit/ Update any of the following information:
    • Section 1 - Default Prefix: The value defined in this parameter would be the first section of the subscription identifier. This field has a maximum length of 10 characters.
    • Third and Fourth Section: These 2 sections of the subscription identifier can take values from one of the following fields: Account Number, Product Name, Price Plan Name, Product Code, Price Plan Code

  • Finally, select Update to complete the Business profile setup. If all information is entered correctly, you will receive a Success confirmation notification.

Please Note:

The following fields are locked and cannot be changed after you have created your first subscriber: Currency, Language, Date Format.
