Creating an Agent

  • Once logged in, Navigate to Channels > Agents
  • Click Create Agent
  • Enter the following information: 
    • Business Name: Enter the name that your agent represents his/her business with.
    • Account Number: Enter the Agent Account Number. This field is optional and the system will automatically create an account number if left blank. You can change the Agent account number while editing the Agent's details using Edit option.
    • Address: Enter the address of the agent.
    • Address2: Enter the second line of the address of the agent.
    • City: Enter the City name where the Agent is located.
    • State / Province: Enter the State/Province of the agent.
    • Country: Enter the name of the country of the agent or leave as UNITED STATES.
    • Zip/Postal Code: Enter the  5 digits numeric zip code.
    • Primary Contact Name: Enter the primary contact name of the agent.
    • Primary Telephone Number: Enter the primary contact number of the agent that can be contacted as the first contact person on behalf of the agent.
    • Primary Email Address: Enter the primary email address of the agent.
    • Username: Enter the primary email address of the agent.
    • Agent Type: Select Sub-Agent.
  • Settlement Settings
    • Agent Commission Type:
      • Pay when Paid: Commission will be generated when an invoice becomes Paid. 
      • Pay when Invoiced: Commission will be generated when an invoice is created for the subscriber. 
  • Agent Documents: You can add any documents in OneBill for your reference. 


  • Once complete, click Create New Agent
