Applying to Subscriber Account

  • Navigate to the Subscriber Profile
  • Click on Apply Adjustment on the upper right-hand side of the screen next to the account balance.

  • Enter the following information: 
    • Adjustment Date: Enter the date you would like to apply the adjustment for. 
    • Apply: Enter the amount you would like to adjust the account for. 
    • Select if it is going to be a Credit or a Debit.
    • Amount to: Select the product you would like to add the adjustment to. This field is optional. You can leave it at the default. 
    • Select your reason for the adjustment from the list provided.
    • Reason Description: Enter information to justify the adjustment. This is an optional field and is for your records. 
  • Once the above steps are complete, click on Apply Adjustment.

Applying to Invoice

  • Navigate to the Subscriber
  • Select the cog icon next to the invoice you wish to adjust in the Invoices tab

  • Enter/Edit the following information: 
    • Apply: Enter the amount you would like to adjust the account for. 
    • Select if it is going to be a Credit or a Debit.
    • Select your reason for the adjustment from the list provided.
    • Reason Description: Enter information to justify the adjustment. This is an optional field and is for your records. 
  • Once the above steps are complete, click on Apply Adjustment.
