How to Make a Call Via Contact Page

  • Tap on the contact you want to call.

         

  • Press the phone icon next to the right of the contact to start the call.

         

How to Make a Call Via the Dial Pad

  • Tap on the red dial pad icon in the lower right corner.

         

  • This will bring up a dial pad from which you be able to dial the phone number or extension you are trying to reach.

         

  • Tap the phone icon at the bottom to start the call.

         


How to Transfer a Call

  • Once you are in the call, tap on the transfer button.

         

  • There it will give you the option to transfer to Contacts or dialing a new number.

         

  • After selecting the person you want to transfer to, you can select if you want to blind transfer or Assisted transfer

         

How to Conference in a person

  • Once you are in the call, tap on the add call button.

         

  • There it will give you the option to add a call to Contacts or dialing a new number.

         

How to record a call

  • Once you are in the call, tap on the more button.

         

  • Tap on record.

         


How to Send a Message using SMS (To use SMS you will need to have an SMS enabled number assigned to your extension)

  • Tap the messaging icon.

         

  • Tap the red and white pencil icon in the lower right corner.

         

  • Type in the phone number you would like to message and tap on "Send SMS".

         

  • From here you will be able to message the number.

         

How to Send a Message using Chat

  • Tap the messaging icon.

         

  • Then tap the red and white pencil icon in the lower right corner.

         

  • Using the search bar at the top you will be able to search for people in your contacts with their name or their extension number.

         

  • From there you will be able to chat with them using SNAPmobile or the Web Portal.

         

How to Check Your Voicemail

  • Tap the voicemail icon.

         

  • Here you will be able to view any voicemail messages that have been left for you.

         

  • You can sort through them by new, saved, and trash.
    • To change the sorting, click the drop-down arrow next to "Voicemail" in the top right and select what you would like to sort by.

         

  • Here you will be provided the following options:
    • Callback the person who left the voicemail.
    • Listen to, save or delete the message.
    • Forward to voicemail to another extension.
    • Click on the voicemail and select one of the appropriate.
